  2. petitmoi-shop.comย does not sell second hand products, flawed products nor products with lower quality as compared to the corresponding standards offered on the market.ย

The products offered for sale onย petitmoi-shop.comย may not exactly correspond to the real garments in terms of the image and colours because of the internet browser or of the monitor used or the lightning used during the photography.
  4. Prices are subject to change. Check the final price of sale before sending the relevant order form.ย

Should you wish to return purchased products, kindly email us atย hello@petitmoi-shop.comย within the next 7 days after you receive the products.ย petitmoi-shop.comย will not accept returned products that are returned without the relevant seal or that have been altered from their original status or damaged.ย

FITTING GUIDE FEATURE

The suggestion from the Fitting Guide feature is designed to provide general guidance based on standard body measurements and past customer preferences. However, no guarantee of a perfect fit. Individual body proportions and fit preferences may affect the final selection.

If the recommended size does not fit as expected, customers can refer to the return/exchange policy.
