Returns/Exchanges

I have purchased the product, however I changed my mind for a different size/design?

Absolutely can! As long as it's within the 14 days of grace period (website purchase) and 7 days for store purchase. The approval is subject to stock availability. 

Please note: Postage charges for both returning and new shipment will be borne by customers. We reserve the right to reject or cancel this request if the returned item has been washed, used, incomplete set, or altered in any way.

What should i do if I receive a faulty item?

We’re truly sorry — that’s definitely not up to our standards, and we sincerely apologise for the poor quality. Let us make this right for you as soon as possible. Please email us at hello@petitmoi-shop.com within 3 days of receiving your package so we can assist you promptly.

I bought the product via a petitmoi-shop.com, is it possible to exchange the size at your physical store?

Certainly! You're welcome to visit the following physical stores:

  • Ukay Boulevard, Ampang: Monday to Thursday (11am - 8pm) and Friday to Sunday (11am - 10pm). 
  • Bandar Baru Uda, Johor Bahru: Monday to Sunday (10am - 7pm).

However, prior approval from our customer service team. Please reach out to us via email at hello@petitmoi-shop.com for assistance.

I’ve made purchases under promotional items or discounted prices, am I eligible to make any exchange or return?

No! Items purchased during sales or at discounted prices are not eligible for exchanges or returns. All promotional purchases are considered final.

I’ve made an exchange, can I request a second exchange?

We're so sorry! Please note that each order is only eligible for a one-time exchange. Multiple exchange or return requests are not permitted. If you're unsure about sizing, feel free to reach out to our team — we're happy to assist you in finding the perfect fit before proceeding.

I wish to return my order due to a change of mind and would like to proceed with a refund.

Absolutely can! As long as it's within the 14 days grace period (website purchase) and 7 days for store purchase. The refund will only be made through store credits. Cash refund is strictly not accepted.

What is store credit and how to use it?

Refunds will be made in terms of store credit (gift card), which you can use for future purchases through petitmoi-shop.com only. It has no expiry date and is valid to use for multiple purchases. We will proceed within 14 working days after receiving the return items. Once issued, you will receive the notification via email. To use it:

  • Add items to the shopping cart - at checkout page, enter the code in the “Discount code/Gift card” box - the credited amount will be deducted from the total amount. 
  • If your total amount exceeds the credited amount, you can simply top up the difference via available payment methods. 
  • Orders paid with store credit are not eligible for discounts or chic points.
I want to use my store credit at physical stores.

The store credit is applicable for website purchases only, it has no expiry date. Find out more about store credit here.

I want to exchange items at a different store, I originally bought it from another store. Is it possible?

The exchange can only be done at the original location of the purchase.

I purchased from a petitmoi-shop.com/physical store, and I received the wrong items?

We apologise for this silly mistake! Let us help you to resolve this asap. Please email us at hello@petitmoi-shop.com within 3 days of receiving your package so we can assist you promptly.

I have purchased from Tiktok/Lazada/Shopee, can I request to exchange the item?

No, any purchases from this platform are not allowed for exchanges. You may proceed with return and refund through that platform.

I would like to cancel my order.

We are happy to assist you with cancellation if the order status is unfulfilled. The refund will be in terms of store credit, not original payment terms. Please drop us an email at <hello@petitmoi-shop.com> to check the status of your order.

Delivery and Shipping

I would like to change my shipping address

Yes, we can edit it for you if the order status is unfulfilled. Please drop us an email at <hello@petitmoi-shop.com> to request it.

I would like to change my pick up location from another store to another

Pick-up order is exclusively available at our Ukay Boulevard, Ampang showroom. Orders will be ready within 2 – 4 working days, and you’ll receive a pick-up notification via email once it’s ready. Please note, our operations team does not process pick-up orders on weekends or public holidays.

How to option for pick-up?

On a checkout page, opt for “Pick-up” at the delivery section.

What should I do, if I have not received a pick-up notification after 2 to 4 working days.

Can I appoint someone to collect my order on behalf?

Absolutely, can! Please provide that person with your order number. Our sales associate will assist them in the store.

I would like to change my delivery method. E.g: From delivery to pick-up or vice versa

Yes! We’re happy to accommodate a change in the delivery method, as long as the order has not been fulfilled yet. Please email us at <hello@petitmoi-shop.com> to request the adjustment.

I lost my package! I am unable to track the package, what should I do?

Oh no! We apologise for the inconvenience caused. Please drop us an email at <hello@petitmoi-shop.com> within 14 days, our team will assist you. You may also contact the courier service support team.

Do you deliver internationally?

Yes, we do! Just go to our website and make the purchase. It’s subject to a certain location at the moment.

How long does it take to ship and when will I receive my tracking number?

Our processing time before an order ships is 3-5 working days, excluding weekends and public holidays. You will receive an email once the package is ready to be shipped, including the tracking information.

When can I expect to receive my order?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide an exact delivery date or time. We recommend tracking your parcel via the courier’s website and keeping an eye out for a call from their delivery team.

My package is held by customs — what should I do?

If your package is being held by customs, it may be due to import duties, incomplete documentation, or inspection procedures. We recommend contacting the local customs office or the assigned courier directly for further details. If you need assistance from our side, feel free to reach out to us with your tracking number and we'll do our best to support you.

All customs duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and must be paid by the recipient before the parcel is released. Unfortunately, we do not have control over these fees and cannot include them in your order total.

My size is not available on the website. How do i check which store is available for my size?

You may search the product on the website, and scroll down to “find it at our stores” for stock availability.

The items that I’m looking for are only available in stores, do you offer delivery service?

No. We apologise that we do not offer any delivery service from our physical stores. The transaction must be done via walk-ins.

Can I purchase the top or bottom separately instead of the full set?

We’re sorry, but the item is only available as a complete set and cannot be purchased separately. At the moment, we do not offer individual pieces for sale.

Will the sold out product be restocked?

Please be aware that our items are mostly delicate. We strongly recommend hand wash, dry clean or using a gentle machine wash to preserve the quality.

How to know the right size for me?

To find the right size for you, we recommend referring to the size chart available on each product page. It includes detailed measurements for each size. If you're in between sizes or unsure, feel free to share your height, weight, or usual size and we’ll be happy to assist you further!

We also have provided “Fitting Guide Feature” on the selected product page. The suggestion from the Fitting Guide feature is designed to provide general guidance based on standard body measurements and past customer preferences. However, no guarantee of a perfect fit. Individual body proportions and fit preferences may affect the final selection.

If the recommended size does not fit as expected, customers can refer to the return/exchange policy.

Care Tips for Cardigan or Outerwear:

  • Hand wash only: Wash with cold water, gently squeeze the water out and air-dry.
  • Lint remover: Ideal for removing surface dirt and lint from your clothes.

Always wash the clothes with appropriate temperature. Use gentle washing methods; avoid scrubbing, twisting or rubbing to prevent damage. Do not soak the clothes and rinse it in clean water to maintain the fabric quality.

We get it—life’s busy, and the washing machine is a real time-saver. That’s why we’re sharing a few simple, must-know tips to keep your garments in top condition, even when using the machine!

How to wash using washer machine:

1. Turn your clothes inside out. Put the clothes in the laundry bag to preserve delicate fabrics and less wrinkles. 

2. Separate colour pieces to avoid colour bleeding.

3. Use liquid detergent and not powder detergent as sometimes have trouble dissolving with cold water and leave residue on your clothes.

4. Set the machine to cold and delicate wash on the machine settings.

5. We highly recommend hanging dry to avoid shrinkage.

How do I use a discount code?

You can enter the discount code at the checkout page and the final total will be updated. Please note: only one discount code can be applied per transaction. 

At physical stores: you may present the discount code to our sales associates at the cashier counter before making any payment.

Where can I use the Brand Ambassador code and what are the terms?

The Brand Ambassador code is valid for use on our official website, as well as in-store at Ukay Boulevard Ampang, Lrg Dungun Bukit Damansara, and Johor Bahru showroom. It requires a minimum purchase of RM200. The code is not stackable with other promotions and cannot be used on collaboration items. Petit Moi reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

How do I get the RM20 off for new subscribers?

Yes! We’re excited to welcome new subscribers with RM20 off your first purchase on petitmoi-shop.com. Once you subscribe, the exclusive discount code will be sent directly to your email. Please note that the code is valid for 7 days and is non-refundable and non-reversible. Petit Moi reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.

Why isn’t the discount code working?

Please double-check the spelling, expiry date, and terms of the code. Some codes only apply to selected items or have minimum spend requirements.

Can I apply a discount code after placing an order?

Unfortunately, discount codes must be applied before completing your order.

I placed an order using discount/rewards points and decided to return it. Can I get the discount or rewards points back?

If you return an item purchased using a discount or rewards points, the value of the code will not be refunded or reissued. Any refund will be made based on the amount paid after the discount was applied. Discount/rewards points are for one-time use only and cannot be reinstated once used.

I’ve redeemed my points but changed my mind — can I reverse the redemption?

Oh no! Any points have been redeemed, it cannot be reverted or refunded back into your account. We recommend ensuring your selection is final before confirming any redemption.

We do accept the following payment methods on the website and in store:

Do you offer wrapping service?
  • Website Orders from petitmoi-shop.com: Your order will be packed in our signature boxes designed to keep items secure during delivery.
  • Walk-in Purchases: Items will be packed in a Petit Moi paper bag. Signature boxes are exclusively available at our Ukay Boulevard, Ampang branch only.
  • Order made from TikTok, Lazada, Shopee): Orders will be packed in plain brown boxes.

Can I request an extra box for my order?

If you request extra boxes beyond what is necessary for the order, you will be required to pay an additional fee for those boxes. This helps to cover an additional shipping cost.

Disclaimer: We do not pack each item into individual boxes in order to avoid weight discrepancies during shipping. The primary purpose of our packaging is to ensure the items are secure and protected throughout the delivery process. Using minimal boxes while ensuring the items are well-protected and can contribute to weight discrepancies.

Log in to your account and click on the click gift icon on the left bottom, you’ll find your reward points displayed.

What is a Gift Card?

A gift card is a virtual currency that allows you to shop for someone else when you’re unsure of what to give or the correct size. You can choose to send it directly to the recipient or to yourself first. The gift cards are delivered via email and include instructions for redemption at checkout. They are valid for one year from the date of issuance and are non-refundable for any purchases made using them. Once the gift card expires, it will become invalid and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

Our gift cards can be used in-store or on petitmoi-shop.com, but they are not valid at Petit Moi I-Setan KLCC. To redeem the card, the holder must enter the special code on the gift card box at checkout. Orders paid with gift cards are not eligible for discounts or chic points. If the purchase price exceeds the gift card's value, additional payment will be required.

Please note that there are no cash refunds, returns, or transfers of ownership for gift cards. Petit Moi reserves the right to cancel or review any gift card for suspected fraud or other violations.

Referral Code

Petit Moi is excited to reward both referrers and their friends with an exclusive discount for every successful referral. Here's how it works:

  1. Log in to your Petit Moi account and click the widget “Rewards”.
  2. Share Your Link: Send your referral link to your friends.
  3. New Customers Only: The referred friends must be new customers (not existing ones).
  4. Earn Rewards: Once your friends make their first purchase using your referral link, both of you will receive a reward!

What You'll Get:
