What is our return & exchange policy?

Store Purchases

Items can be exchanged or returned within (7) days of purchase - including defective items. This transaction must be done at the original place of purchase. For return, we will offer a store credit refund only.

Online Purchases

Return and exchange should be made within 14 days after the item is received and the items must be in original condition - it must be unwashed, unworn and unaltered. As for now, returns are only accepted on purchases made within Malaysia and Singapore. Please note any refunds will be made through store credits only. Cash refund is strictly not accepted.

Petit Moi retains the right to decline any request beyond the specified time limit or if the returned items do not match the condition in which they were originally received.

Any request of exchange is subject to stock availability. Customers are required to pay for the price difference if the price of the exchanged item is higher than the purchased item. No discount code can be applied on this transaction.

What should I do if my item is missing or receives a defective piece?

Must be issued to within 1-2 days from the date of package receipt.

How do I return a product?

1. Enter your email address and order number in the fields above and click “Start”.

2. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.

3. You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

Are there any charges for return?

There are no charges for return.

- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

- Postage charges for both returning and new shipment will be borne by customers.

Can I return/exchange at the physical store?

Yes! For online purchases, please visit our store at Ukay Boulevard, Ampang and bring along the items in its original packaging and provide us the order number.

Kindly be advised that transactions require approval from our Customer Happiness team and must be conducted during weekdays only, from 11am to 5pm, excluding public holidays.

Return & Exchange Policy for physical stores:

1. Original receipt is required upon this transaction.

2. Items can be exchanged within (7) days of purchase - including defective items.

3. This transaction must be done at the original place of purchase.

4. The difference amount will be charged if the price of the exchanged item is higher than the purchased item.

5. If the item is no longer available or if you've had a change of mind, we will provide you with a refund in the form of store credit. The store credit can only be used for online purchases.

6. All discounted items are not eligible for return/exchange.

7. Returned item must be in a new condition, unwashed & unaltered condition with all original packaging/tag still attached.
