About the role
The Social Media Marketing & Creative Executive is responsible for managing Petit Moi’s social media presence and creating engaging visual and written content across digital platforms. This role involves planning, producing and publishing content that reflects the brand’s identity and connects with our target audience.
You will also support campaign execution, product launches and day-to-day brand storytelling, while managing influencer marketing and building strong relationships with relevant parties to strengthen our community and brand reach. Working closely with the branding team, this role plays a key part in building brand awareness, driving engagement, and strengthening our online presence.
Key Task & Responsibilities
1. Plan, create and manage content calendars for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest.
2. Produce high-quality visual content (photos, videos, graphics) aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives.
3. Write engaging captions and copy for social media posts, ads and campaigns.
4. Monitor social media trends and audience engagement to identify growth opportunities.
5. Support the execution of marketing campaigns, product launches and seasonal promotions.
6. Coordinate with photographers and external partners to ensure smooth content production and campaign delivery.
7. Manage influencer marketing activities, including sourcing, outreach, negotiation, coordination and campaign execution.
8. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, content creators and brand ambassadors to strengthen community engagement.
9. Track and report social media and influencer campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
10. Drive consistent brand tone, visual style and messaging across all digital platforms and collaborations.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Media or related field.
2. Minimum 1-4 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation or influencer marketing.
3. Experience managing social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest etc) for a brand or business, supported by a portfolio, content samples or proven campaign performance/results.
4. Strong portfolio demonstrating content creation, campaign execution or influencer collaborations.
5. Experience working with influencers, content creators or brand partnerships is highly preferred.
6. Familiarity with fashion, beauty, lifestyle or consumer brand industries is an advantage.
7. Proficiency in content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop or video editing apps is preferred.

Required Skills
Technical/Hard Skills:
1. Strong content creation skills including photography, short-form video (Reels/TikTok) and basic editing
2. Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro is a plus)
3. Understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram and TikTok including platform algorithms, global content trends and performance metrics.
4. Experience using social media management tools and analytics platforms (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics)

About the role
The Marketing & Projects Intern role is a 3-4 month internship focused on supporting the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, content creation, and brand initiatives across various projects.
The position involves assisting with social media and creative projects, coordinating partnerships and collaborations, and working closely with internal teams to ensure projects run smoothly. It is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in marketing, branding, project coordination, and day-to-day business operations within a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

About the Role
The Fashion Design Executive supports the end-to-end development of Petit Moi's collections from concept creation to sample approval, ensuring each product reflects the brand's aesthetic, quality standards and business objectives. This role is responsible for conducting trend research, developing design concepts, selecting suitable materials, and coordinating sample development to bring ideas to life. The Fashion Design Executive collaborates closely with suppliers and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver thoughtful, customer-focused products that align with the brand's vision. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about fashion and product development.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Research fashion trends, market insights, and customer preferences to identify product opportunities and support collection development.
2. Develop design concepts, sketches, and product proposals that align with the brand's aesthetic, seasonal direction, and business objectives.
3. Create accurate technical drawings, specifications, and technical packs for sample and production development.
4. Select suitable fabrics, trims, colours, and embellishments that meet design, quality, and cost requirements.
5. Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and internal stakeholders throughout the sample development process to ensure designs are executed accurately.
6. Review samples and provide clear feedback on fit, construction, workmanship, and design details for necessary improvements.
7. Manage assigned designs to ensure timely completion in accordance with product development timelines and collection launch schedules.
8. Maintain organised and up-to-date design documentation, trackers, and product development records.
9. Collaborate with the Marketing Team in executing photoshoot collection by providing styling support, outfit coordination, product information, and ensuring designs are presented in line with the brand vision.
Qualifications & Requirements
1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Design, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2–3 years of working experience in fashion design, product development, or a related role within the fashion industry.
3. Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop for fashion design and technical drawing purposes.
4. Strong design development skills, including fashion sketching, technical drawing, garment detailing, and translating concepts into production-ready designs.
5. Strong understanding of garment construction, fabric properties, fit, and product development processes.
6. Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, design development skills, and attention to detail.
7. Able to travel occasionally for supplier visits, fabric sourcing, photoshoot, and other work-related activities as required.
Required Skills

About the Role
The People & Culture Executive is responsible for supporting the day-to-day People & Culture operations across the organisation, covering employee lifecycle administration, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, employee records, HR systems, payroll coordination, performance management administration, employee engagement, and internal communications. You will work closely with the People & Culture Manager to ensure employee-related processes are completed accurately and on time while maintaining proper documentation and compliance with company policies and procedures. This role requires a highly people-oriented and approachable individual with the confidence to communicate effectively with employees across all levels of the organisation, while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality in all People & Culture matters.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
1. Manage employee records, personnel files, staff trackers, and HR system data, ensuring all employee information is accurate, complete, confidential, and kept up to date.
2. Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, reference checks, and preparation of hiring documentation.
3. Execute employee onboarding, internal movement, and offboarding processes, including employment documentation, system access requests, onboarding and clearance checklists, company asset returns, and employee status updates.
4. Prepare employment-related documents and People & Culture communications, including offer letters, employment contracts, contract renewals, confirmation letters, salary revision letters, official memos, and employee announcements.
5. Compile and verify monthly payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, employee movements, allowances, claims, and salary revisions, and follow up promptly on any discrepancies or incomplete information.
6. Support the development and administration of performance management and employee development activities, including KPI and scorecard documentation, performance review tracking, training coordination, training records, and HRDC-related documentation.
7. Coordinate employee engagement and culture initiatives, including town halls, company events, Sports Club activities, employee surveys, festive celebrations, and other employee experience programmes.
8. Handle day-to-day employee enquiries and People & Culture matters by providing timely and accurate information on company policies, procedures, benefits, leave, and other employment-related matters, while escalating complex cases to the People & Culture Manager when necessary.
9. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of HR policies, SOPs, employee handbook and internal procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
2. Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in Human Resources, People & Culture, or HR Administration.
3. Experience handling general HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, payroll support, and employee lifecycle administration.
4. Familiarity with Malaysian employment practices and basic knowledge of relevant labour laws and statutory requirements is preferred.
5. Experience using HR management systems or HRIS platforms is an advantage.
6. Proficient in Google Workspace (particularly Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Slides), Microsoft PowerPoint, and Canva.
7. Experience in employee engagement, internal communications, or company event coordination is an added advantage.
8. Strong command of written and spoken English is required.
