SELF PICK-UP ORDER

Self pick-up order is only available at Lrg Dungun, Bukit Damansara Flagship store. Once your order is ready, you will receive a notification via email. Please show the confirmation email during the collection.

We provide the delivery service all over the world with a few exceptions:

  • Delivery Monday - Friday only except public holidays.
  • Our processing time before an order ships is 3-5 business working days, excluding weekend and public holiday and tracking information will be sent through email.
  • Orders made on Saturday & Sunday will be shipped on the following business day (excluding Public Holidays).
  • Please be advised that orders placed during sales or peak season may take longer as we received a huge volume of orders. Urgent orders are strongly discouraged.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • For worldwide shipments, we utilise DHL, and Ninjavan is for deliveries within Singapore.
  • Estimated delivery is between 10-18 business days, however delays may occur to selected locations.
  • Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Please note that we have no control over these charges, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

WHAT’S THE SHIPPING CHARGES?

The shipping costs are depending on the volume of your orders and the charge by courier service.

HOW DO I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

  • The request must be submit to hello@petitmoi-shop.com
  • Unfortunately, requests made after the order states are fulfilled cannot be accommodated, as the orders would have already been packed and picked up by the courier.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?

  • Must be issued to hello@petitmoi-shop.com within 14 days
  • If the package is lost during transit, we may offer a replacement or issue a refund for the lost items.

BOX PACKAGING

All shipping orders will be packed in boxes to ensure safe delivery. Starting from 9th August - self pick up orders, items will be wrapped using wrapping paper and placed in a Petit Moi paper bag. 

If you request extra boxes beyond what is necessary for the order, you will be required to pay an additional fee for those boxes. 

Disclaimer: We didn’t pack each item into individual boxes to prevent weight disputes. Using minimal boxes while ensuring the items are well-protected can contribute to weight discrepancies.
