Shopping Guideline
To ensure a smooth and comfortable experience for everyone, please note the following:
- Large bags and strollers should be left outside. We’ll provide shopping bags for your finds.
- We recommend not bringing children, as the space can get busy and may feel uncomfortable for them.
- Food and drinks are not permitted in the sale area.
- Try-ons will not be available during the clearance.
- For a seamless checkout, please make sure your bank card limits are set for larger purchases.

Payment Method
Only payments made in Cash, Debit/Credit Card and Duitnow are accepted. Full payment must be made at the time of purchase.
Product and Prices
Our warehouse sale features products with slight imperfections at unbeatable prices. These treasures may come with minor flaws, so we encourage you to shop only if you're comfortable with the occasional imperfection.
Petit Moi. will not be held responsible for any defects, missing accessories, or product conditions.
Availability is limited — product selection and quantities will vary. All items are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, while stocks last.
These special prices and offers are exclusive to the Warehouse Sale and are not available in any Petit Moi. retail store or on our website.
Kindly be informed that all purchases will not be packed in Petit Moi. boxes or paper bags.
Return and Exchanges
All items sold at Petit Moi. Warehouse Sale are strictly non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-returnable in part or full. We kindly advise customers to inspect items carefully before leaving the warehouse sale. If you have any issues, do contact us within 7 days of the event.
Loyalty Program
No reward points will be issued out for any purchases made during the Petit Moi. Warehouse Sale.
Any redemption of points or other discount code (including gift card) are not accepted during the warehouse sale.
Walk-In
- Each customer will receive a number tag upon arrival at the walk-in table.
- Your number tag will be validated (punched) before you enter the Warehouse Clearance to confirm it is in use.
- Once validated, the number tag cannot be reused for another entry.
- Lost number tags cannot be replaced and will result in a forfeited turn.
- If you are not present when your number is called, your turn may be cancelled.
- Each number tag is valid for one customer only.
- Number tags are issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
