1. Final Sale & No Return Policy Due to the highly curated nature of this event, the limited availability of sizes, and the deeply reduced archive pricing, all items purchased within The Collector’s Edit are strictly Final Sale. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges (including size exchanges) under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept that these items cannot be returned.

2. Pricing & Promotion Stacking Prices displayed within The Collector’s Edit reflect the final, exclusive archive privilege. These discounts are strictly non-stackable. Customers may not apply any other promotional codes, welcome discounts, VIP privileges, or loyalty points to these specific items at checkout. In the event of a system glitch that applies unauthorized discounts, Petit Moi reserves the right to cancel and refund the order.

3. Order Fulfillment & Shipping Delays While our standard shipping rates apply, the exclusive nature of this event may result in an unprecedented volume of orders. Please anticipate a slight delay in the processing and dispatch of your order. Petit Moi is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services during this high-volume period.

4. Inventory & Order Cancellation (Even though we aren't explicitly stating "carts don't hold items," we must protect you from overselling). All orders are subject to inventory availability. In the rare event of a sudden inventory discrepancy or technical synchronization error where an item oversells, Petit Moi reserves the right to cancel the unfulfillable portion of your order. You will be notified immediately and refunded in full for the canceled item.

Right to Modify or Terminate Petit Moi reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions, modify the weekly product curation, or prematurely terminate "The Collector’s Edit" campaign at our sole discretion, without prior notice, in the event of technical difficulties, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.
