I have purchased the product, however I changed my mind for a different size/design?
Absolutely can! As long as it's within the 14 days of grace period (website purchase) and 7 days for store purchase.

What should i do if I receive a faulty item?

I bought the product via a website, is it possible to exchange the size at your physical store?
Certainly! You're welcome to visit our Ukay Boulevard, Ampang branch between 11am - 5pm, Monday to Friday except public holidays. However, prior approval from our customer service team. Please reach out to us via email at hello@petitmoi-shop.com for assistance.
I want to return or cancel my order because I have changed my mind.

I want my refund in cash form, not store credit.
We apologise, any refund will be in terms of store credit. Please refer to our refund policy here.
I want to use my store credit at physical stores.
The store credit is applicable for website purchases only, it has no expiry date. Find out more about store credit here.
I want to exchange size/design in a different store, I originally bought it from another store. Is it possible?
The exchange can only be done at the original location of the purchase.
I purchased from a website/physical store, and I received the wrong size/design?

I have purchased from Tiktok/Lazada/Shopee, can I request to exchange the size/design?
No, any purchases from this platform are not allowed for exchanges. You may proceed with return and refund through that platform
Delivery and Shipping
I would like to change my shipping address
Yes, we can edit it for you if the order status is unfulfilled. Please drop us an email at hello@petitmoi-shop.com to request it.
I would like to change my pick up location from another store to another
The self pick-up is exclusively available at Ukay Boulevard Ampang only. It will be ready within 2-4 working days. You will receive a pick-up notification via email once it is ready
How to option for pick-up? - On a checkout page, opt for “Pick-up” at the delivery section.
I would like to change my delivery method. E.g: From delivery to pick-up
We regret to inform you that changing from delivery to pick-up in store is not possible at this time.
However, if you initially chose pick-up in store and wish to switch to delivery, we can accommodate that change. Please email us at hello@petitmoi-shop.com to request the adjustment.
I lost my package! I am unable to track the package, what should i do?

Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we do! Just go to our website and make the purchase. It’s subject to a certain location at the moment
How long does it take to ship and when will I receive my tracking number?
Our processing time before an order ships is 3-5 working days, excluding weekends. You will receive an email once the package is ready to be shipped, including the tracking information.

My size is not available on the website. How do i check which store is available for my size?
You may search the product on the website, and scroll down to “find it at our stores” for stock availability.

The size/design that I'm looking for is only available in stores, do you offer delivery service?
No. We apologise that we do not offer any delivery service from our physical stores. The transaction must be done via walk-ins.
Will the sold out product be restocked?
For any restocks, we will update on Instagram or via newsletter. Please subscribe to our newsletter and you will be notified soon.
How to take care of the product?
Please be aware that our items are mostly delicate. We strongly recommend hand wash, dry clean or using a gentle machine wash to preserve the quality.

Petit Moi is excited to reward both referrers and their friends with an exclusive discount for every successful referral.
How does it work?
1. Log in to your Petit Moi account and click the widget “Rewards”
2. Share Your Link: Send your referral link to your friends.
3. New Customers Only: The referred friends must be new customers (not existing ones).
4. Earn Rewards: Once your friends make their first purchase using your referral link, both of you will receive a reward!
What will you get?
💌RM20 Discount Code(no expiry date) for both you and your friend once the first purchase is fulfilled.
Notice:- Your friends must create an account under your referral link and make their first purchase for the referral to be valid.
Avoid navigating to another tab or page during the checkout process to prevent the referral from being cancelled.

Do you offer wrapping service?
Any purchase from the website, the item will be packed into our signature boxes. Boxes are exclusively available at our Ukay Boulevard, Ampang branch. Any special request, kindly email us at hello@petitmoi-shop.com
Where can I see my chic points?
Log in to your account and click on the click gift icon on the left bottom, you’ll find your reward points displayed.

How to use a discount code/gift card?
Before you proceed with final payment on the checkout page, you’ll see a discount box where you can enter any discount code or gift card.
Please note: Only one discount code can be applied per transaction.
