Yes we do! All of our packages that are shipped out are wrapped in our special Petit Moi box. We also can include a personalised note upon request. Just remember to include your message in the comment box below your cart before checking out so we know that it is a gift.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any discount for first time customers as we operate on giving reward points upon any purchase. I placed an order, but never received an order confirmation. Thank you for your kind support! You should receive an order confirmation upon placing an order with us. If you have not, peek over to your junk/spam folder. If you still can’t find it, drop us an email so we can be of assistance.
Yes you can pay via bank transfer online via FPX for Malaysian bank accounts only. You may click on the payment option and you will be redirected to a secure page. Just follow their instructions to continue with your payment.
When you're ready to checkout, just hit the 'Checkout' button and you may enter your discount code in the space provided and hit 'Apply'. Your bill will then tally accordingly.
Yes you can, just contact us via email and we can get you started. However, if the package has already been shipped out, we will not be able to reroute it.
Yes you may do so subject to stock availability. Please note that we only offer exchanges for normal price items. Alternatively, if the item you wish to exchange is not available, we will offer a store credit equivalent to the amount of your purchase.
At Petit Moi, our aim is to provide you with quality garments and top-notch service at all times. However, if you've received a defective item from us, do contact ourCustomer Service Team and we will sort out your issue immediately.
Please note that any damages caused by the courier will need to be informed to our customer care during 5 days from the date of receiving your package.
Yes you may do so. Remember to opt for the store pick up option when you do your purchase at our online store. We are open every weekday from 11 to 4pm.
Yes you can! After an online purchase is made, we will ship your parcel as soon as we can. Once the shipment is out, you will be notified via an email containing a tracking code. You may then use the code to track your order from the link provided in the email.
For local orders, it will take approximately 3-5 working days. (NinjaVan)
For overseas orders, it will take 10-18 working days. (DHL Express or Aramex)
For pre-orders, the goods are shipped out on/after the mentioned date in the item's description.
