RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working Hours: 10am - 7pm or 1pm - 10pm (subject to supervisor on duty)
- Welcoming and engaging with customers as they enter the store
- Assessing customers’ needs and suggesting solutions to their problems
- Working with cash registers and processing payments
- Setting and attaining sales goals
- Giving customers advice about sales and promotions
- Recommending the best products to customers
- Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing

Operations (Warehouse)
LOCATION
Petit Moi Warehouse, 1 Jalan BS 7/1C, Taman Bukit Serdang, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor
ABOUT THE ROLE
You'll focus on inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards, keeping records of your findings, and reporting any issues you spot. You'll also help maintain proper storage conditions, follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures, and share updates with your supervisor about any quality concerns. Plus, you'll pitch in with the monthly stock take and take on other tasks as needed. It's all about working together to keep things running smoothly!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Working Hours: 9am - 5pm
- Perform product inspections to ensure quality standards are met.
- Record and report any defects or issues found during inspection.
- Maintain records of product quality and inspection results.
- Comply with all safety and quality guidelines while performing tasks.
- Provide the supervisor with information regarding quality issues and concerns.
- Participate in the monthly stock take.
- Undertake other task as assigned by the supervisor.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

REQUIRED SKILLS
- Resourceful and strong drive to solve problems such as customer queries effectively & independently
- Experience in digital marketing will be an advantage (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Adwords)
- Experience in marketplace seller centers and multichannel ecommerce software will be an advantage
- Results & details oriented, hands on attitude and passion are compulsory supported by excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong written communication skills, good presentation skills and Excel skills are an advantage
- Strong desire to learn new skills as on the job coaching and training will be provided
